See how DIYlaunch works
There's not much to it: log in to your site, enter the information, and click save. Of course, it's good to see it first. So, here's a quick walkthrough of how DIYlaunch works:
Getting started
When you sign up for your DIYlaunch website, you will be sent a welcome email that gives you the link to your admin area, a username and a password. Simply follow the link to your admin area, and log in:
The admin area
The admin area is broken up into 3 parts:
Website Appearance
This is where you enter your Site Title, Sub-Title, and choose the template you want to use. You can also choose a background color or pattern for your site.
Details about your home
This is where you enter some details about your home, like Asking Price, Number of Bedrooms, etc. You will also be asked to enter your contact information here.
Edit your web pages
This is where you select the pictures and enter the descriptions that will appear on your web pages. You can also select the pictures you want to appear in each page gallery.. This section has 7 sub-sections; one for each page on your site.
Other functions
Preview site
This opens your website in a new browser window so you can see the results of your edits after you make them.
Log Out
This ends your session in the admin area. It is safer to logout when you are done editing your site, rather than just closing the browser window.
