Is there a contract term?
Your website is good for six months, which should be plenty of time to sell your home. When your home sells, simply log in to your user account and click "Cancel". As your six month term draws to a close, we will send you reminder emails in case your home sold and you forgot to cancel your account. If you do not cancel by the end of your sixth month, you will automatically be billed for another six months ($29).
What happens when I sign up?
When you complete the ordering process, you will receive a summary of your transaction via email. Your account will be created and set up automatically.
You will also be sent a welcome email with your login instructions, and some helpful links to get you started. It is a good idea to save this email for future use. If you lose this email (or forgot where you put it) just contact us and we'll resend it.
What happens to my domain name if I cancel?
When you cancel you will receive via email the specifics on how to change your domain settings, and a personal login so you can control things yourself, if you choose. In other words, you own and control your domain from the beginning, and that continues if you cancel. You will be responsible for renewing your domain on your own when you cancel.
